Engineering
Our Engineering Staff can take your Concept/Idea and generate detailed spec drawings. We can also take your worn out parts and reverse engineer them with our digitizing arms and bring the geometry directly into Solidworks.
CAD/CAM
We utilize Solidworks, and Mastercam. We maintain current versions of all software to ensure maximum portability of files from our customers, we can process just about any file, whether it be 2D geometry or a 3D file from Pro-E to a vector/raster image from adobe. We can take your concept to drawing, and plot them out on 24" x up to 150' Drawings.
Castings
Design
We can produce models from an idea or we can scan real world components bringing them into our CAD system and design your parts to fit.
Mold/Core Production
The molds are then designed, we work closely with the foundry's to get what you need the first time. Mold designs are produced, then they are transferred to our CAM system. We machine molds in a variety of materials depending on your need, cost, and other factors.
CNC Turning
Turning Centers
We feature General CNC Turning, Twin Spindle Turning, C-Axis Milling and Y-Axis Milling, giving us the capability to machine secondary operations in one setup.

Swiss Turning
With the Citizen L-32 & L-25 we can produce small to medium sized runs of small Diameter, from 1/8" to 24" long, turn Diameters of 1/16" to 1-1/4", with side and end milling capability.

CNC Horizontal Milling
With the use of 2 Makino MC-86 Horizontal Machining centers combined with a 16 pallet pool giving us the capability to produce a wide range of products, from small to medium quantity runs. We machine a variety of materials on these machines ranging from Difficult materials such ase Inconell, Titanium, Hastelloy, & A-286 to easy to machine materials such as aluminum's, cast irons, steels, and alloy steels.
The Makino a81 Machining Complex allows very fast and efficient machining in many types of materials, with unsurpassed accuracy and speeds, this machine brings us to the edge of Precision Machining.
This machine is equipped with large travels, a 10,800 lb pallet capacity, and a 50 HP 740 ft lb spindle, we can machine the toughest of materials with ease.
Equipped with an 8 pallet magazine and a very large tool capacity of 185 tools we can machine a variety of jobs quickly and efficiently.
With a high speed spindle, quick rapid traverse rates, and a large tool capacity, we can produce small aluminum parts with ease, we employ heat shrink tooling and specialized cutters to achieve maximum cutting rates in aluminum, steel, steel alloy's, and stainless parts.
CNC Vertical Milling
Our Vertical Machining Centers are a good comibination with our Horizontal Milling capacity. Sometimes it is more effecting and cost efficient to machine parts on a Vertical Machine. With high speed contouring options and a highspeed DNC connection, we machine various molds ranging from plastic to steel.
Quality Control
We use a wide range of Inspection equipment to ensure that your parts are to spec, both visually and dimensionally.
